The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and incident management.Key Responsibilities :- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.- Troubleshoot L2/L3 network issues and resolve incidents within SLA.- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.- Handle network incidents, service requests, and change requests.- Perform network monitoring, performance analysis, and issue resolution.- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing - related issues.- Work with NOC, infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.- Perform network configuration, upgrades,



and maintenance activities.- Maintain network documentation and incident reports.- Participate in planned maintenance and support activities.Required Skills :- 4 - 6 years of experience in Network Engineering / Network Operations.- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.- Hands - on experience with Cisco routers and switches.- Good understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.- Experience in network troubleshooting and incident management.- Knowledge of network monitoring tools.- Understanding of firewalls and network security concepts.- Valuable communication and problem - solving skills.- CCNA/CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
