Job Title: U.S. Individual Tax Specialist Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract (Part time)

We are seeking a U.S. Individual Tax Specialist to join our team as an AI Trainer . In this role, you will leverage your expertise in U.S. individual taxation to develop realistic, AI-driven training and assessment scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and refine prompts and rubrics simulating real-life U.S. individual tax scenarios.
Create comprehensive test cases covering diverse taxpayers, including multi-state and unique tax rules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, authenticity, and clarity.
Update scenarios in line with evolving IRS guidelines, state regulations, and tax law changes.
Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to improve AI-driven testing content.




Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure scenarios reflect current tax codes and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Active CPA or EA license (U.S.).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience preparing U.S. individual tax returns.
- Expertise in Form 1040 , related schedules, and supporting documents (W-2, 1099s, K-1, etc.).
- Experience preparing state and multi-state tax returns .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply tax law to complex or unfamiliar scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in tax training, content creation, or assessment development .
Familiarity with AI tools or technology-driven tax solutions .
Exposure to high-volume, complex, non-resident, or multi-state filings.
