About the Company:

Pocket FM Private Limited is building engaging audio and digital entertainment experiences for audiences across India. The team is looking for a creative Social Media Intern to help expand the reach and engagement of its Instagram presence through culturally relevant content and consistent community-focused execution.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Instagram content that supports audience growth, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Develop ideas for posts, reels, stories, and other social formats, with a robust understanding of South Indian language audiences.
- Create attractive thumbnails for Instagram content and adapt visual assets for different social media formats.
- Use basic editing tools to produce polished social media creatives, thumbnails, and supporting content.
- Track page performance, identify content patterns, and suggest practical experiments to improve growth.
- Support publishing calendars, captions, hashtags, trend research, and day-to-day page management.

Requirements:





- At least 1 year of prior experience in social media, content creation, Instagram management, or a related area.
- Ability to understand and communicate in at least two South Indian languages.
- Basic editing skills and the ability to create engaging thumbnails and social media creatives.
- Strong awareness of Instagram formats, trends, audience behavior, and engagement practices.
- Being an active Instagram creator or having grown a personal Instagram page is a strong bonus.
- Prior experience growing an Instagram page, whether personal or professional, will be valued.
- Creative thinking, ownership, consistency, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup.

This is a six-month, paid, remote internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹22,000. The role is suitable for candidates who combine regional-language understanding with hands-on social media execution, thumbnail creation, and a measurable interest in building digital communities.
