SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Senior Consultant

We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultants to support complex end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programmes across both on-premise and cloud environments.

The consultant will take ownership of the full data migration lifecycle, including data profiling, extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading, validation, reconciliation and cutover. You will work closely with functional, technical and business stakeholders to ensure master and transactional data is migrated accurately, completely and in line with programme timelines.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP data migration experience.

- At least 3 full end-to-end SAP data migration projects, covering design through to go-live and hypercare.

- Strong SAP S/4HANA migration experience across both master and transactional data.

- Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit / Migrate Your Data.





- Strong hands-on experience with LSMW.

- Experience working with staging tables, data mapping, transformation and validation.

- Strong understanding of data cleansing, reconciliation and migration quality controls.

- Experience managing multiple mock migration cycles and production cutover activities.

- Ability to work effectively across SAP functional, technical and business teams.

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
