What you'll do: - Turn business goals into clear software requirements. - Find and define AI use cases for Core, such as forecasting, data entry, search, and automation of routine tasks, and write the requirements for each. - Manage project scope by making trade-offs between time and cost, and between security and speed. - Set success measures for AI features, such as accuracy, time saved, and user adoption, and track them after launch. - Work with engineers to decide how to build, test, and monitor AI features, including how we handle wrong or unexpected results. - Work with Security, Legal, and Engineering to handle customer data responsibly in AI features, including privacy, data use, and cost of running the models. - Rank feature requests from the development teams.



- Make trade-offs between features, schedule, and cost, based on business goals, company policies, software architecture, and team capacity. Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager, preferably in B2B SaaS, with inventory management, supply chain, or ecommerce domain experience a plus. - Hands-on experience shipping at least one product or feature that uses AI or machine learning, including large language models. - Working understanding of how AI features are built and tested, such as prompts, model selection, evaluation, accuracy, and data quality.
