Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interview rounds with hiring managers.
Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment reports and improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring engineering or product-based talent.
- Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for Electronics, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Battery Technology, Manufacturing, EV, or Product Companies is highly preferred.
