We are seeking applications for the position of Associate (Urban/ Transport/ Workplace) for Upcoming Zonal development Project in Uttar Pradesh.

Missions/Main Duties

- Assist senior planners and project teams in the preparation of urban, regional, transportation, and environmental planning studies.
- Support data collection, field surveys, stakeholder consultations, and secondary research activities.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret demographic, socio-economic,



land use, transportation, and environmental data.
- Assist in the preparation of Master Plans, Zonal Development Plans, Land Use Plans, and other planning documents.
- Prepare maps, graphics, presentations, technical reports, and planning assessments.
- Conduct spatial analysis and support planning studies using GIS and other analytical tools.
- Assist in preparing project reports, concept notes, policy briefs, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, government agencies, and stakeholders for project-related activities.
- Support project documentation, data management, and deliverable preparation.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and public consultation exercises as required.

Profile/Skills

- Master’s degree in urban and Regional Planning, Transport Planning, Environmental Planning, or an equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in urban planning, regional planning, transport planning, environmental planning, or related development planning projects.
- Experience in supporting the preparation of Master Plans, Zonal Development Plans, Land Use Plans, Sectoral Plans, Comprehensive Mobility Plans, and related planning studies will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of urban and regional planning principles and practices.
- Proficiency in urban planning and analytical tools, including:
- ArcGIS / QGIS
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Data analysis and visualization tools.
