Lead the strategic development of highway and structure designs, ensuring adherence to standards, optimizing project outcomes,



and preparing cost-effective solutions. Direct project management and client coordination efforts, integrating creative technologies for efficient and compliant infrastructure solutions, maintaining high-quality standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
Prepare detailed design for construction projects to the contract stage.
Providing technical direction to the design crew, assigning tasks, instructing in procedures, and ensuring the orderly progress of the project
Reviews and revises and complete design projects.
Supervises revision of plans of projects to contract.
Acquaintance with design codes and manuals
Contract Clauses interpretation.
Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Decision Making, Communication, Stakeholder Management and ability to inspire and motivate teams towards excellence

Comprehensive understanding of highway and structure design principles and practices
Experience in managing complex design projects from concept to completion
Expertise in analyzing and interpreting geotechnical and topographical data
Basic Knowledge of relevant design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D,MicroStation)
BE/B. Tech – Civil Engineering or ME/M. Tech Civil Engineering
