Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Java + React Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, microservices, and event-driven architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimising scalable applications while contributing to system design, technical leadership, and team mentorship.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and TypeScript.- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using industry best practices.- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SASS.- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.- Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases for data modelling, query optimisation, and performance tuning.- Lead application deployment through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Chef, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.- Contribute to high-level and low-level system design, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-first design approaches.- Troubleshoot complex application issues and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders and business leaders to deliver effective solutions.- Provide technical leadership, mentoring,



and coaching to team members.- Ensure code quality, security, maintainability, and adherence to engineering standards.Mandatory Skills & Experience : - 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.- Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or Oracle databases.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Chef.- Familiarity with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Checkmarx.- Strong understanding of high-level and low-level system design.- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and systematic troubleshooting.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.Preferred Candidate Profile : - Robust problem-solving and architectural design capabilities.- Experience working with distributed systems and event-first design principles.- Ability to mentor developers and collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders.- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
