Job Description :We are looking for a 3 - 5 years of Application Production Support candidate for ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform.This role requires basic understanding of regulatory reporting, application-level debugging, and incident management in a fast-paced setting.Job Requirements :The ideal candidate will : - Provide 24x7 production support, ensuring high availability and performance of customer applications.- Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1 - P4 issues.- Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments, while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards.- Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.- Maintain documentation, SOPs,



and RCA reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Key Skills & Experience :- 3 - 5 years in application production support with regulatory reporting domain knowledge.- Hands-on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging.- Familiarity Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts.- Experience of writing SQL queries.- Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.- Knowledge of ReportHub (a regulatory reporting tool) platform is good to have.
