Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging demo sessions for prospective learners and explain the value of SKILL3X programs.
- Understand learner goals, interests, and challenges through thoughtful conversations.
- Recommend customized curriculum and learning pathways based on individual needs.
- Communicate clearly and confidently while addressing questions and resolving learner concerns.
- Convince suitable prospects to enroll by presenting relevant program benefits and outcomes.
- Complete timely follow-ups after demo sessions, maintain accurate interaction records, and support prospects throughout the enrollment journey.
- Use AI tools effectively to improve preparation, communication, research, and follow-up quality.
- Support SEO-focused learner outreach and contribute to activities that improve the visibility and reach of educational content and programs.




- Work six days per week and collaborate with the team in a remote environment.

Requirements

- Strong spoken and written communication skills with a learner-first approach.
- Good knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and familiarity with commonly used AI tools.
- Confidence in conducting presentations, handling objections, and guiding conversations toward enrollment.
- Ability to understand learner needs, solve problems, and suggest suitable customized curriculum.
- Interest in SEO, search engine optimization, keyword-focused content, and digital marketing outreach.
- Strong follow-up discipline, persuasion skills, and ownership of assigned prospects.
- Comfort working independently in a work-from-home setup.
- No prior experience requirement; candidates who demonstrate the required communication and learning ability are welcome.

This is a paid, full-time remote internship for 6 months. The monthly Fixed stipend is ₹2,500 to ₹9,000. In addition to the stipend, interns can earn incentives upto ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 based on performance.
