We are looking for a strategic, metrics-driven product manager to own the full lifecycle of our product. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of shipping products that customers love.

Develop long-term product strategy and vision based on competitive analysis, market trends, technology advancements, and business objectives

Conduct user interviews, customer advisory boards, and win/loss analysis to gather product insights

Prioritize features and capabilities in the product backlog using data-driven frameworks that balance business value, resources, and other constraints

Manage all aspects of product launches including sales enablement, marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales training

Collaborate with engineering team leads on release planning, sprint commitments, and development processes

Work closely with UX team on information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing

Partner with marketing teams to optimize conversion funnel, website messaging, and product campaigns

8-14 years of product management experience





- knowledge regarding competitive analysis, Requirement gathering, Product Strategy/Vision, Collaboration with Product team on mockups/release management & planning, Price Engineering and Product Collateral Management
- B. Tech in Computer Science (Engineering) or other relevant fields (Top-Tier MBA preferred)
- Domain Experience in any of Digital Workplace Products, DC Management Products, Security Products, Endpoint security, Cloud automation and orchestration, FinOps , Cognitive virtual assistant , Service Management, Event Management and Observability. Experience with AI, analytics, machine learning strongly preferred (Agentic AI)
- Solid understanding of agile development processes and with ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Proven track record of shipping successful products and driving growth
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven approach to decision making
- Self-driven, creative problem solver
