Responsibilities

- Support recruitment activities, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, trackers, and internal documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and people-focused projects.
- Coordinate with colleagues across international teams and contribute to smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Use online collaboration tools to organize information and complete assigned work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology,



or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and online collaboration platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage responsibilities independently, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- This is a three-month unpaid internship designed for candidates seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
