Who You Are

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product team and take ownership of design across our consumer-facing product and internal tools. In this role, you will shape user experiences end-to-end - from research and discovery through to polished, production-ready designs - while also contributing to and maintaining our design system. If you bring a user-centered mindset, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

Plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions

Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and translate it into effective design solutions

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs for consumer-facing and B2B products

Build, maintain, and evolve the design system across all product surfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to deliver features in an Agile, fast-paced setting

Clearly communicate and document design concepts, rationale, and specifications to cross-functional stakeholders

Identify and address UX gaps proactively,



balancing usability, usefulness, and visual quality

Stay current on industry trends and best practices and translate them into actionable design improvements

Job Requirements

What You Will Bring

- 3- 5 years of experience in UX Design or Digital Product Design
- A portfolio demonstrating impactful, functional design across consumer and B2B contexts
- Proficiency in Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools
- Hands-on experience contributing to or owning a design system
- A user-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience working on complex applications and delivering intuitive, elegant solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
- A growth mindset and willingness to experiment with emerging tools ( including AI-powered design and workflow tools) to improve speed and output quality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
