HR Advisor (for US Operations)

S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with applicable immigration laws and regulations.
Partner with immigration counsel, Legal, HR, managers, and employees to support visa, work permit, and other immigration-related matters.
Monitor government and regulatory updates, assess operational impacts, and collaborate with Legal and U.Canada HR teams to implement necessary changes.
Coordinate preliminary immigration case reviews with external counsel before offers, transfers, promotions, relocations, or job changes are finalized.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate immigration records and documentation.
Coordinate immigration case closures, sponsorship withdrawals, and employee account deactivations when employment or sponsorship circumstances change.
Prepare employment verification letters, travel support letters, immigration support documentation, and other related correspondence.
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and maintenance of immigration case data and employee records.
Provide guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on immigration processes, requirements, and timelines.
Experience managing U.S. immigration programs, with knowledge of Canadian immigration processes preferred.
Strong knowledge of immigration compliance requirements and documentation management.
Ability to work effectively with external legal counsel and cross-functional stakeholders.




Experience supporting internal audits and compliance reviews.
Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency with immigration case management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
