Job Summary : CODVO is looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Leader with robust expertise in the MEAN stack to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing web applications. The role involves hands-on development, technical architecture, team mentoring, and delivery ownership, with a focus on microservices, micro-frontends, and engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy web applications using Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using JavaScript and TypeScript.- Define technical architecture, component designs, and system integrations.- Lead end-to-end development activities, including coding, code reviews, testing, and deployments.- Work with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to support effective development and timely releases.- Resolve technical blockers and provide hands-on guidance to development teams.- Mentor and coach developers while promoting engineering best practices and code quality.- Participate in sprint planning, system design discussions, and effort estimation.- Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, and engineering processes.- Work extensively with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ (RMQ).- Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices and micro-frontends architectures.Tech Stack :



- Frontend : Angular/AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.- Backend : Node.js, Express.js.- Databases : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.- Languages : JavaScript, TypeScript.- Cloud/DevOps : Azure, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.Required Skills and Experience : - 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on development experience and 3+ years in a technical leadership role.- Familiarity with MVC/MVVM design patterns and microservices architecture.- Experience developing REST APIs and implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth/JWT.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.- Strong system design, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.- Excellent communication, mentoring, and team leadership abilities.Good to Have : - Knowledge of Python.- Experience in performance tuning and scalable application architecture.- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or Mocha.- Experience working in Agile product development teams.Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Role Expectations : The candidate will combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership to deliver scalable full-stack applications, guide development teams, and maintain high standards of architecture, code quality, and performance.
