New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential clients, generating new business opportunities in air and ocean freight.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Sales Negotiation & Closing: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals to secure new business.
Work closely with internal teams such as operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of business commitments.




Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, provide performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning.
Networking & Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
Proven track record of acquiring new business and meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
