About the Role

We are seeking professional photographers to contribute their visual expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems. You will analyze visual content, create accurate image descriptions and metadata, and assess image details to support high-quality AI training data.

This opportunity is suited to photographers with experience in portrait, landscape, commercial, or editorial photography, solid image editing skills, and a portfolio demonstrating consistent quality. Previous AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze photographs and document visual details, including subjects, composition, lighting, surroundings, and context.

- Create accurate image descriptions, labels, captions, and metadata to support AI training and evaluation.

- Assess visual content for clarity, relevance, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines.

- Interpret and explain visual elements to help AI systems better recognize and understand image content.

- Organize, categorize, and validate image files and associated metadata to maintain data accuracy.

- Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or comparable tools to review and prepare images when required.

- Inspect submissions for completeness, quality, and adherence to project specifications.

- Coordinate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve questions about deliverables.

- Incorporate feedback, correct errors, and refine image descriptions or submissions as needed.

- Manage assigned tasks and submit organized, high-quality deliverables within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications





- Professional photography experience in portrait, landscape, commercial, editorial, or another relevant photography discipline.

- Experience operating cameras and producing high-quality photographs.

- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or comparable image editing software.

- Strong visual analysis skills and the ability to describe image content accurately.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions consistently.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- A portfolio showcasing high-quality, consistent photographic work.

- Experience writing image descriptions, captions, labels, or metadata.

- Familiarity with image file organization, data labeling, and structured submission processes.

- Previous experience collaborating remotely on photography, content, or data-focused projects.
