Infophy Technologies is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Operations Intern to support the Human Resources and Operations departments. The selected candidate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, training coordination, daily operational activities, and MIS reporting.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in HR processes, business operations, employee management, and administrative coordination in a technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Support employee onboarding, induction,



and orientation processes.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain operational trackers, task allocation sheets, and departmental records.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect updates and monitor task progress.
- Assist in preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documents.
- Track deadlines, pending tasks, and follow-ups to support smooth business operations.

Candidates should be willing to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to the effective functioning of the HR and Operations departments.
