Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the Bank brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate – and elevate – our brand from the rest of the competition.

Develop and implement high-level strategies to advance Bank's objective of improving lives and livelihoods in India, specifically in the areas of providing daily needs such food, shelter/housing, mental health, education and financial inclusion.
# Governance and Compliance:

- Establish and maintain robust governance structures and processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with India & International regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to govern the foundation's operations and activities.





Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of the foundation's initiatives across the region.

- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously drive effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, corporations, social enterprises, academia, and community-based organizations, to amplify the foundation's impact.
