Product Designer - B2B SaaS / AI AutomationLocation : Bengaluru (HSR Layout)Experience : 5+ yearsWork Mode : Onsite, 5-day work weekAbout the Role : We are looking for a senior Product Designer to own the product design function end-to-end. You will design intuitive experiences for complex B2B automation workflows, working closely with leadership, product managers, and engineers to ship polished, production-ready interfaces.This is a high-ownership role for a designer who enjoys turning complex, multi-step enterprise workflows into simple, usable products. You will influence product strategy, establish design foundations, and directly shape the user experience across core product surfaces.Key Responsibilities : - Own the UX of core product surfaces, including campaign builders, multi-channel automation workflows, audience segmentation tools, and analytics dashboards.- Lead product discovery through user interviews, usability testing, and analysis of product usage data.- Translate research insights and product requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.- Build and maintain a scalable design system, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.- Collaborate closely with engineers through implementation, design handoff, clarifications, and production QA.- Partner with founders, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities from a user-experience perspective.- Provide structured feedback, design critiques, and mentorship to junior designers.- Develop a deep understanding of B2B users,
