We at Ledor World are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for an upcoming premium bar concept in Gurgoan (pre opening).
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of contemporary Asian cuisine and experience working in premium dining formats. This role is ideal for a chef who understands flavour depth, plating aesthetics, high-volume precision, and contemporary bar food culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in premium Asian dining concepts
- Experience with Pan-Asian / East Asian cuisine preferred
- Indian cuisine experience is not required
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and menu development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Salary Bracket: 50,000 – 60,000 per month + service charge as per restaurant policy
