We are seeking applications for the position of Infrastructure Expert for upcoming Zonal development plan project In Uttar Pradesh.

Missions/Main Duties

- Lead the planning and design of physical infrastructure systems for urban, regional, and zonal development projects.
- Assess existing infrastructure conditions and identify requirements for future development.
- Prepare infrastructure master plans, conceptual designs,



and detailed recommendations for transportation networks, water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, power distribution, solid waste management, and other utility services.
- Ensure infrastructure proposals comply with national, state, and local regulations, standards, and planning guidelines.
- Integrate sustainable, resilient, and climate-responsive infrastructure solutions into development plans.
- Coordinate with urban planners, architects, environmental specialists, transport planners, and utility agencies to develop integrated infrastructure strategies.
- Review and evaluate engineering designs, technical reports, feasibility studies, and infrastructure investment plans.
- Provide technical inputs for project implementation, cost estimation, phasing, and infrastructure prioritization.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure planning and engineering design standards.
- Sound understanding of transportation planning, utility systems, and urban infrastructure networks.

Profile/Skills

- Master’s Degree in Infrastructure Planning, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 10 years of skilled experience in infrastructure planning, design, and development.
- Demonstrated experience in urban development, regional planning, master planning, zonal planning, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, government agencies, and stakeholders for infrastructure planning and implementation.
