Responsibilities

- Provide complete information about JEE and NEET examinations and guide students and parents through the admission process.
- Assess entrance-exam performance, understand student interests, and help shortlist colleges where admission prospects are suitable.
- Contact prospective students and parents, arrange meetings, explain learning methods, and counsel them on suitable education solutions.
- Engage with families in the field and over the phone to create awareness of JEE and NEET offerings.
- Explain subscription solutions, answer questions, follow up with interested customers, and support conversion.
- Take ownership of revenue and performance targets in an individual-contributor role.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents while providing ongoing support during important academic decisions.




- Maintain accurate follow-ups and contribute to a high-performance, employee-oriented work environment.

Requirements

- Any graduate in any specialisation; a bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of counselling or education-domain experience are welcome, and freshers may apply.
- Strong active listening, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to guide students and parents with empathy, clarity, and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and handling both inside-sales and field-marketing responsibilities.

This full-time, in-office chance is based in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The combined listing has 14 openings across Business Development Executive and Field Marketing Executive roles. Compensation is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, along with unlimited performance-based incentives.
