Responsibilities

- Build, onboard, activate, train, and support a network of insurance distributor partners.
- Engage prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance and protection needs.
- Recommend suitable life insurance, health insurance, and protection planning solutions.
- Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, riders, documentation, renewals, servicing, and claim processes clearly.
- Provide business development support to partners and develop long-term client relationships.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy activity.
- Achieve assigned premium generation, policy issuance, renewal, retention, and business targets while following applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, relationship-building, advisory, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-centric, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to explain financial and insurance products confidently and in simple language.
- Experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, wealth management, or customer advisory roles is preferred; experience in life, health, or general insurance sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- IRDAI certification is an added advantage.
- A personal vehicle and valid driving licence are required for work-related travel.

This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Surat, Gujarat, offering a monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹35,000. The role provides professional growth, career advancement, training and development, and a supportive collaborative work environment.
