We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at our Vapi location. As a CRM, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Customer Relationship Management*

– Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
~ *Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.

- Customer Feedback and Surveys*
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use feedback to enhance our products and services.





~ *Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- 1 year or more of relevant experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required.
