Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer and Integration Engineer to lead and support the integration of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions with the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IAM principles, ServiceNow workflows, and integration patterns to ensure seamless and secure automation of identity-related processes across the enterprise. Also, this role will be responsible for development & maintenance of AVEVA's ServiceNow platform, which supports IT service management to automate business processes. Additionally, you will be analysing existing ServiceNow modules, integrations and formulate logic for additional stability to add new integrations & modules. Devise logical procedures, prepare flowcharts, perform coding & test/debug programs. Contribute to the decisions on policies, procedures, expansion strategies and product evaluations. As a staff-level Senior ServiceNow Developer, your primary focus will be on leading the hands-on development work as a senior developer & also to mentor juniors while looking after the platform.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow application & integrations

SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD) and ServiceNow

Configure ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and MID Servers to facilitate secure data exchange

Write efficient & high-quality code which is scalable & maintainable

Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations

Create go-to-market proof-of-concept applications on the ServiceNow platform

Ensure that ServiceNow applications are reliable, scalable & secure

Troubleshoot & debug issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and trends

Oversee development of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance





Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, particularly in building or integrating with workflows for identity governance

Experience with one or more IAM platforms: SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or Ping Identity

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript

Knowledge of CMDB Implementation

Experience with ServiceNow IGA/IGA Connector modules (if applicable)

Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS

Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts

Experience using the ServiceNow platform

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs

A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB

Should be a ServiceNow Certified Consultant i.e., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM

ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics (Adv. IT at AVEVA
