The Statutory Compliance Lead / Manager will be responsible for endtoend management of Provident Fund (PF), Certificate of Coverage (CoC), and ESIC compliance for Tech Mahindra and its portfolio companies. The role ensures statutory adherence, audit readiness, risk mitigation, and timely resolution of complex cases, while driving standardisation, automation, and team capability.
This role acts as the single point of accountability for PF/CoC/ESIC governance, stakeholder management, and regulatory interactions.

PF / EPFO Compliance (India & Portfolio Companies)
Own endtoend PF compliance including:
UAN linking for recent hires, marking exits separation cases on time , managing 100% compliance as per statutory requirements.
Transfers, withdrawals, death cases, retirement cases, partial withdrawal , CoClinked PF handling, EPS corrections
Data correction, KYC compliance monitoring.




Liaise with EPFO field offices, zonal offices, and consultants to resolve escalations
Represent the organisation during PF inspections, audits, and Section 7A proceedings
Partner with CIO / IT teams for Automate compliance workflows , Improve system controls and validations, Reduce manual errors and dependency on individuals
ESIC Compliance : Process Excellence & Automation and Improve system controls and validations in compliance
Governance, Risk & Audit
Proactively identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions
Experience handling EPFO statutory audits, inspections, and regulatory authorities
Strong people management and coaching skills
