Experience: 5–8 Years
We are looking for a technically strong Product Manager who can drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery in close collaboration with Engineering and Project Management teams. The role requires translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks while ensuring Agile discipline, product quality, and team performance.

Drive sprint planning, execution, and timely delivery with minimal spillover
Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Project teams to resolve blockers
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and lead sprint ceremonies
Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and release validation
Support team capability building, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering (Mandatory)
MBA (Preferred)
Backend: Python (Django / Django REST Framework), REST APIs
Frontend: React.js
Database: PostgreSQL
Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, basic deployments)
Robust experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Expertise in PRDs, user stories, backlog management, and prioritization
Performance & Process Orientation
Experience defining and tracking team KPIs
