We're hiring: Coupa Support Consultant (Remote, US hours)
We're looking for an offshore Coupa Support Consultant to join one of our managed services engagements.
What you'll do:
Support users across Coupa procurement, requisitions, POs and invoicing
Work and resolve tickets in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs
Troubleshoot Coupa configuration and Coupa-to-ERP integration issues
Prepare ITGC compliance evidence and support audit requests
What we're looking for:
Multiple Years of hands-on Coupa support or administration
Solid understanding of procure-to-pay processes
Experience with ServiceNow and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Sage Intacct)
Able to work overlapping with Pacific Time mornings
Nice to have : Coupa certification, experience with SOX or managed services work.
