This is a backend execution-focused role, requiring precision, ownership, and strong problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing campaigns, programs, and events within Eloqua while ensuring high-quality delivery with minimal errors. Execute marketing campaigns, programs, and events within Oracle Eloqua.

Collaborate with internal teams and project leads to understand client configurations and requirements.

Work within client environments while ensuring adherence to data protection and operational guidelines.

Avoid editing approved or live assets; Prevent segmentation errors and unintended edits in live campaigns.

Ensure accuracy across campaign flows, targeting, and content execution.

Identify and flag issues such as:



Copy errors, Campaign inconsistencies & Data targeting misalignments

Required Experience & Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Eloqua campaign execution.
- Experience working with sandbox/testing environments.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).

Understanding of PII compliance and data governance best practices.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
