Key Responsibilities

- Supervise production shifts & manpower.
- Ensure smooth molding & extrusion operations.
- Monitor production output, quality & rejection levels.
- Ensure RM/PM/material availability as per plan.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Store, PPC.
- Maintain safety, discipline & housekeeping.
- Handle basic machine maintenance and escalate breakdowns.

Qualifications & Skills

- CIPET qualified with 4–5 years experience in molding, extrusion, assembly & packing.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & ERP.
- Leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Comfortable working with women employees.
- No strong political or religious bias.

Basic Requirements

- Valid passport (ECNR preferred).
- Police Clearance Certificate.
- Educational document verification.
- Basic medical fitness certificate.
- Willingness to learn Turkish.
- Smartphone proficiency including translation apps.
- Non-smoker & non-drinker preferred.
- Non-vegetarian preferred.
- Adaptability to multicultural workplace.
- Ability to manage household tasks.
