role overview As a learning Specialist on the global learning and development team, your role is focused on ensuring the facilitation and delivery of key learning programs into our business, that support our people in developing skill sets required to become a future-ready workforce.

Working as part of the global team, you will be responsible for leading and/or supporting a number of our key programs globally, ensuring the end-to-end experience meets our global standards, and that we meet the demands of the business in terms of program availability across all our regions. You will lead by example creating a positive experience for our learners whilst encouraging leaders and managers to actively support a culture of everyday learning within their teams

In addition, as part of the global team you will participate and contribute to regional and global L&D; projects that support the function in achieving the business' short and mid-term strategic goals, taking guidance and direction from senior functional leads.

However, as part of a global team, you will be required to work within a matrixed structure, navigating dotted-line reporting based on the allocated programs that you lead and/or support.



These dotted reporting lines will allocate tasks and assignments that you are responsible for delivering as part of your program responsibilities.
