- *Strategically handle **listing, pricing, campaigns, and promotions**.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and service providers for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Analyze performance, track KPIs, and optimize listings and ads to drive revenue.
- Plan and execute campaigns aligned with product launches and marketing goals.




- *2–5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations in the **skincare/beauty** industry.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, platform policies, and backend tools.
- Self-driven with excellent coordination, planning, and analytical skills.
