About the job
Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
3. Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
4. Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
5. Explain product features, gemstone quality, certification, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
8. Coordinate with the operations and order management teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
9. Address customer queries, handle objections, and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
10. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
11. Follow up with existing customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. Skill(s) required
