We are looking for an offshore PLM tester (preferably in Bangalore, India) with Teamcenter Manufacturing module experience for an immediate requirement. End-to-End Validation: Execute functional, regression, and integration testing specifically for Teamcenter Manufacturing modules such as MPP, BOP
Agile Integration: Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, and prioritize bugs using tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers to verify fixes.
Partner with Business Analysts to understand manufacturing workflows and suggest improvements to the PLM system based on testing insights.
Identify repetitive test scenarios and work toward implementing automated scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.

Competences, Skills, and Experience
PLM Technical Expertise:



At least 5 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter (both Rich Client and Active Workspace).
Knowledge of Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) is essential.
Agile Proficiency: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams, with the ability to handle shifting priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Testing Rigor: Mastery of test management tools and methodology (STLC). Experience in Test Automation (e.g., Selenium, Teamcenter Test Tool) is highly preferred.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and understand the 'Digital Thread' connecting various engineering systems.
