The Travel Consultant will handle diverse responsibilities including consulting with clients to understand their travel requirements, managing travel arrangements, and booking reservations. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service while creating personalized travel plans and handling client queries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management




Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in the travel industry or a related field is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Travel, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred
Proficiency in relevant travel booking software and systems is a plus
Experience
Candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Consultant.
Previous job appointment letter or experience letter is mandatory.
Fluent in English, Hindi and any regional language.
Positive email writing.
Basic computer knowledge.
Bachelor or diploma or MBA in Tourism (Highly preferred)
Any Graduate.
