Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

We are looking for Managers with expertise in Organization and Workforce Transformation (OWT) to join the People Consulting team. Manage and grow the Organization and Workforce Transformation consulting services capability by developing strong relationships with global practices
Work on global client projects as part of a globally distributed team, ensuring the quality, timeliness and accuracy of all work products
Collaborate with subject matter experts across OWT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance




Lead a team of professionals and provide direction across different pursuit and project phases
Ensure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and effective planning and budgeting
Be recognized internally as a go-to advisor on Organization and Workforce Transformation, strategic workforce planning, organization restructuring and talent planning
Perform the role of counsellor and coach by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting the team’s ongoing learning and development
Strong leadership and team management skills
12–16 years of overall experience

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in organization design, workforce planning, leadership and culture, and talent management, with strong expertise in capacity planning, workforce management tools and operational planning methodologies
- Master’s degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA
- Experience in developing points of view and sales proposals in organization design and talent management
- Experience managing large teams and multiple engagements simultaneously
- Consulting experience with global organisations across industries in organization design, workforce planning and restructuring, talent management, and leadership and culture assessment

Experience managing data, deriving insights and producing reports that enable business decision-making
Analytics expertise with one or more tools such as SPSS, Spotfire, Power BI or Qualtrics
Deep expertise in Excel and the Microsoft toolkit
Experience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting and stakeholder management
Experience in a managed services organisation providing extended consulting services to global clients on medium- to large-scale organization transformation projects using analytics, talent management and HR planning expertise
Experience working with a Big Four consulting firm
