This is a full time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Key tasks include managing pay-per-click (PPC) strategies, analyzing campaign performance through data-driven insights, and optimizing conversion funnels to achieve business goals.



The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Experience with performance marketing, including PPC, SEO, and SEM

Strong expertise in campaign analytics, A/B testing, and ROI optimization

Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms

Excellent communication and project management skills

Experience in financial services or a trading-related industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
