This role involves strategic consulting, solutioning, and delivering large-scale commercial transformation programs.

Define and drive the Commercial strategy & roadmap for global Life Sciences organizations
Lead end-to-end solutioning across Sales & Marketing processes with supporting IT systems
Drive large transformation programs across the commercial value chain
Develop thought leadership assets: proposals, PoVs, whitepapers, and offerings
Solid experience in Life Sciences Commercial domain
CRM & Digital Marketing
Sales Force Automation (SFA)
Commercial Analytics & Customer Experience
Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe AEM, Model N/Revitas
Experience handling large Pharma Sales & Marketing deals
10–15 years of experience in Life Sciences (Pharma / Med Devices / CRO / Consumer Health)
~ Pharm / B.Tech / BE / M.Tech + MBA (Pharma Management preferred)
