Job Description – Application Engineer (AE Support Engineer)
Position: AE Support Engineer (Application Engineering Support)
Experience: 3 to 8 Years

We are looking for a highly motivated AE Support Engineer with a solid Mechanical/Automotive Engineering background to support product development, customer application engineering, and powertrain-related projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Product Engineering, DFMEA, APQP, Change Management, CAD Design, BOM Management, Manufacturing Feasibility, and Product Lifecycle Management , with preference given to candidates having exposure to Powertrain Systems, Exhaust Systems, Pistons, Bearings, and Valves .
Product Engineering & Project Management
Support end-to-end product development activities from concept through production.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical milestones.
Perform CAD modeling and engineering design activities.




Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and design validation activities.
Support DVA, DFA, and DFS studies for product optimization.
Product Quality & Validation
Lead or support DFMEA activities and risk assessments.
Participate in APQP activities and product quality planning.
Support product validation and engineering sign-off activities.
Ensure proper documentation and implementation of engineering changes.
Maintain product configuration and revision control through PLM systems.

Support value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives.
