This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Account Manager, based in Navi Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Account Manager will manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster robust relationships with clients. Primary responsibilities include lead generation, identifying new business opportunities,



maintaining excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The role also involves preparing and delivering sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.

Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a high level of client retention and positive client relationships.
Solid skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts.
Proven Lead Generation experience, with the ability to identify and acquire potential new clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in sales or account management preferred.
Familiarity with environmental consultancy, water treatment, and related domains is an advantage.
