We're looking for a Mid–Senior Designer to join a dynamic studio in Gurgaon and take the creative lead on diverse architecture and interior design projects . This role demands a balance of conceptual excellence, technical precision, and confident leadership—perfect for a designer who thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional spatial experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design development from concept to execution for multiple projects.
Communicate with clients independently—present ideas, manage feedback, and align design vision.
Mentor junior designers and oversee drawing sets, presentations, and 3D visuals.
Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
Conduct site visits for execution oversight and issue resolution.
Select materials and finishes in line with concept and budget.




Prepare working drawings and construction documents with attention to detail.

Requirements
Proven project leadership from concept to completion
Strong eye for detail, spatial design, and innovation
Excellent communication and team management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray

Work Schedule:
Location: Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon
Work Type: Full time, Work from Office
Schedule: Monday - Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
