We are looking for an experienced Dy . Manager - Technical Project to lead complex engineering projects in the Cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU) industry. This role combines technical expertise with project management leadership to ensure seamless coordination across engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams. The ideal candidate will oversee project lifecycle activities, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and manage cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic business goals.
Lead end-to-end execution of technical projects from design to commissioning, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
Coordinate and drive project teams including process, instrumentation, mechanical, and design engineers.
Define project scope, deliverables, and boundary limits in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.




Foster continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned.
Collaborate with group companies on new project initiatives and technical discussions.
Costing of Group company product lines and new development projects

Decision-making authority over technical and engineering matters related to assigned projects.
Authorized to define project scope and resolve technical challenges.
Directs and mentors project engineers and cross-functional teams. While not having formal supervisory responsibilities, this role requires leadership in guiding, coaching, and supporting the team.
Primarily office-based with regular interaction with the shop floor and vendor locations. May require occasional travel. Must be capable of using standard office equipment and working in a dynamic team environment.
Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline.
10+ years of experience in project engineering or project management in the Cryogenic ASU or similar industrial sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional Technical / engineering teams.
Solid communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in engineering coordination, ERP systems (e.g., AREV), and stakeholder management.
