You'll design the first public-facing web presence for us — a voice AI startup aiming to
Responsive layouts, UI components and design specs for a full-stack developer.
Collaborating with the founder and commercial lead to align content and user flows.
Drive user journey optimization to improve engagement and conversion across the landing experience.
Translate complex product capabilities (like voice AI) into intuitive, user-friendly design flows.
Apply data-informed design thinking to enhance user retention and interaction.
Contribute to end-to-end UX thinking, from discovery to final UI handoff.




Strong portfolio of clean, product-focused websites, ideally for AI/tech products.
Expertise in responsive layout, UX hierarchy, and lightweight UI systems.
Mastery of tools like Figma, and an ability to ship design kits ready for dev
implementation.

Experience leading or mentoring designers or working in collaborative design environments.
Strong understanding of cross-platform design (web + mobile patterns).
