Java Lead / Engineering Manager Location: Experience: 7+ Years | 3+ Years in Team Management

We are looking for a Java Lead / Engineering Manager to drive the design and development of large-scale, distributed applications while leading high-performing engineering teams. Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.

Build scalable distributed systems using contemporary Java technologies and microservices.

Drive Agile delivery, technical decision-making, and roadmap planning.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA, and Hibernate .

Solid understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles .

Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases .

Hands-on experience in distributed systems architecture ,



infrastructure design, and cloud/on-premise environments.

Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.

Product roadmap planning and Agile project management.

Experience influencing technical strategy and engineering best practices.

A hands-on Java Leader with deep expertise in building scalable systems, leading engineering teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
