Experience Required 6 to 10 Years · Experience in supporting SAP HR Module

- Extensive experience on supporting Australia Payroll
- Extensive Experience in Time Management Module both positive and Negative time
- Valuable understanding of OM and PA Modules
- Extensive experience on handling schemas and PCR
- Excellent communication Skills
- Configure and customize SAP Payroll modules to meet specific organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HR Payroll with other relevant modules.
- Develop and execute test plans for SAP HR Payroll implementations and upgrades.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve system defects.
- Provide training to end-users on SAP HR Payroll functionality and processes.
- Offer ongoing support to users, addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP HR Payroll configurations and processes.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with system changes and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the SAP HR Payroll system.
- Success Factors Hand on – Understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred
