Bhartiya Jain Sanghatna seeks a skilled Curriculum Designer to translate our employee training and development needs into engaging educational courses.

Curriculum Designer responsibilities include selecting appropriate instructional methods, defining time frames and preparing training materials in physical and digital formats. If you have experience structuring educational programs and are familiar with both classroom-style and web-based courses, we'd like to meet you.

Curriculum Planning & Design

Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, instructional units, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with standards and best practices
Research & Content Development
Identify, evaluate, and develop appropriate learning resources, including textbooks, digital tools,



and multimedia content

Implementation & Evaluation
Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve curriculum outcomes

Training & Capacity Building

Conduct training sessions and professional development programs for educators
Provide guidance on curriculum implementation and effective instructional strategies
Stay updated with advancements in educational technology
Integrate innovative tools and digital resources into curriculum design and delivery
Education and Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational leadership roles
Creative problem-solving approach with the ability to design for diverse learner needs
Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations will be considered an advantage

Based on candidate's current CTC and experience.
