iDecisionGames is seeking a Support Specialist to help our global clients succeed. You'll handle email support, manage Zoom calls, demo our platform, write blog posts, and take on recent projects as you grow. Respond to user emails and provide live support on Zoom
Write clear blog posts and support content
Excellent English (written & spoken) — must be confident on calls and in writing
Comfortable presenting software to recent users
Available during EST business hours and a few hours on weekends for email responses

We aim to welcome a support specialist who will built a long-term relationship with our team.
