We are seeking a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media Manager with 2–4 years of experience in managing brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of agency experience, demonstrated expertise in client communication, and hands-on experience in influencer marketing. You will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, content strategy, campaign planning, and community engagement for multiple brands.

Salary pay - 30 to 40k (depends on interview)

Key Responsiblities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Handle daily posting, content scheduling, and community management.
Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and captions aligned with brand tone.
Work directly with clients: manage expectations, gather feedback, and present reports or strategies.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns—from scouting and outreach to execution and performance tracking.
Track key metrics and performance (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with trends, platform updates,



algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
Manage social media ad campaigns (basic knowledge is a plus).
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in social media management.
Minimum 1 year of agency experience is mandatory.
Proven experience in client handling and communication.
Hands-on experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of platform-specific content and audience behavior.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.
Basic knowledge of social media paid advertising is a plus.
A portfolio or examples of past successful campaigns (especially influencer collaborations).
